On the Emmy-nominated Sea Rescue, after saving a http://animalkingdomsaves.weebly.com sick sea lion from a rocky beach in San Diego, the SeaWorld rescue team finds her strong maternal instincts provide comfort to younger sea lions in its care. Then, a dehydrated and malnourished dolphin strands on a beach near the U.S.-Mexico border and the SeaWorld rescue team springs into action to help.
On The Wildlife Docs it’s a busy day at Busch Gardens Tampa. Vets make an early morning house call on the Serengeti Plain to aid a gazelle. Then they give a check-up to a Golden Conure back at the Animal Care Center. Training sessions are going on with the lions, elephants, hippos and orangutans. The educators are making enrichment items for the gorillas. Back at the ACC, Dr. Dominique and Dr. Nancy are trying to decipher if a grey kangaroo has pneumonia while Dr. Pete is performing surgery on an owl.
Sea Rescue and The Wildlife Docs air nationally on ABC on Saturday mornings during “Litton’s Weekend Adventure” and are among the most popular Saturday morning shows.
